What is the Return Policy?

You can return your products not exceeding 14 days from the invoice date; the product tags have yet to be removed, are unused, and can be offered for resale and all their accessories. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a counter payment. For this reason, when your products reach you, we recommend that you try them as soon as possible without causing damage to the development and its labels. Except for Aras Cargo, with which we have an agreement, cargo will not be accepted if the shipment is made with a different cargo company with the buyer's payment.

How can I return the product I bought on Tikatti.com?

You can create a return request in the My Orders section, specify the reason for the return in the explanation section, pack the product in a way that will not be damaged, and provide free shipping with our contracted cargo company Aras Kargo return code 2108254551504.

How can I return the order I placed without being a member?

You can send us free of charge with Aras Kargo return code 2108254551504 by filling out the return form on the back of the product invoice sent to you.

In how many days is the fee for the product I returned reflected?

Debit / Credit card payments are transferred to your account within seven days. Payments you make as Cash/Credit card at the door are returned to you within 14 days. When your return transactions are processed in the system, you are informed via e-mail/SMS.

How can I exchange the product I bought on Tikatti.com?

We do not have the option to change following company policies. You can create an order again after you return the product, and your fee will be returned. If we cause an error regarding the product in the order content, you can create a request on the site and send it to us for change.

ORDER

How can I order?

After you become a member of our shopping site, you can add the product you want to buy from the 'ADD TO CART button and proceed to the purchasing part by clicking the 'COMPLETE ORDER' button. You can complete your order by filling in the Address/Invoice information requested from you and marking your payment option.

Can I order without being a member?

You can order without being a member. After adding the products you like to your cart on our Tikati.com page and saying ' COMPLETE ORDER ', you can complete your order without membership by marking the 'CONTINUE WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP' section on the login screen, filling in the Address/Invoice information requested from you, and ticking your payment option.

Can I create order through customer service?

Under KVKK, orders cannot be created through customer services. However, if there is an area that you want to get information about before completing the order, you can contact our customer representatives.

 

How long does it take for the product I purchased to be delivered to the cargo? In how many days will it reach me after it is shipped?

The products you have ordered are shipped within 24 hours. This process may vary between 1-2 days during the campaign periods. Depending on the road condition of the cargo, delivery is provided to you within 1-3 days.

How can I cancel my order?

You can create a cancellation request from the My Orders section, or you can cancel from our customer service number, 0541 427 3443. Cancellation is not possible for orders that are invoiced and delivered to cargo. If you do not want to buy the product, you can start the return process free of charge when the product reaches you.

How can I change the order of content?

Content modification is not performed for the created order records.

How can I make my payment?

You can pay in instalments or cash with all your credit/debit cards for internet use. We also have cash-on-delivery and money-order options.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

You can make the Cash/Credit card option at the door by paying a fee of +10 TL.

Can I pay by money order/EFT?

Yes, we have the option to pay by money order/EFT.

Does your site have payment security?

Can a Corporate Invoice Be Issued?

If you fill in the tax office and tax number completely during the order and are an e-invoice payer, we can issue the e-invoice.

Where is my cargo?

You can enter the order details on the My Orders page and track your cargo from the 'Cargo’ field.

 

What should I do if my cargo was returned to your company before it was delivered to me?

When the product reaches our company by courier, you will be called by our 'customer services' department as there is no return request on the system. If you request reshipment, the product will be reshipped to your address.

Do you have a Free Shipping option?

The shipping fee is not applied for orders over 250 TL.

Will the products I receive or the invoice be visible from the outside?

The products you have ordered are sent with our protected packages, and the package content is not visible. Therefore, your invoices are located outside the package, so the contents are not visible.
